30 Day Warranty

Our items come with a 30 day warranty.

There are no returns on any engraved monogrammed products unless faulty.

Care must be taken as per Care Guide instructions.

Natural oxidisation is not a fault of the jewellery this is something that happens to all types of metals and is out of our control. We will cover items within the warranty period if we feel care has been taken and this is a fault in the plating process. 

 

Base by Windfall items come with a 30 day warranty. 

Please take care using our Care Info for longevity of your items. 

Natural Oxidisation is a natural occurrence in all metals. This is not a fault of the jewellery and can be caused by acidity in the person or exposure to different chemicals. This is not deemed as faulty. 

Faulty items:

We are happy to replace, or offer a store credit/refund/exchange for any faulty items within that 30 day period.

Returns:

Full priced items (except Earrings) can be exchanged for a Store Credit within 7 days of receipt of your order to align with a Change of Mind Policy.


Shipping charges will not be included in the credit and must be shipping for the return is at your own cost.

  •  Incorrect colour/metal order fall within a change of mind policy and you will receive a store credit to correctly purchase a different colour choice. Or we can organise the exchange for you. 
  • Please choose carefully.

Returning Items:

-The item must not have been worn and is returned in the original, undamaged packaging. If we feel the item has been worn no store credit/refund/exchange will be issued.
